Ingredients :-
4 medium sized potatoes
2 medium sized onions
2 tomatoes
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
A pinch of asafoetida
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
salt to taste
1 tsp Goda masala
1 tbsp oil,
coriander leaves
Method :-
1. Boil potatoes and tomatoes. Chop potatoes into 1" dice. Chop tomatoes and onions and Keep aside.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, when it splutters add cumin seeds , asafoetida and turmeric powder.
4. Add potatoes and 1 cup water. Stir and bring it to a boil.
5. Remove the cover. Add Goda masala, salt and mix well.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati or rice.
