Heat a kadai with a little oil and put the Ginger-Garlic paste in it and fry for a few seconds. Then add the Onions and fry them for a little while.
Add the chopped potatoes, carrots ,green peasand the Bell peppers to it. Put the salt to it and chilli powder to it.
After the vegetables are done add the garam masala and simmer for 5-10 minutes. And let it cool then.
Make the dough into small balls and roll them into round thin layers.
In each layer place a little curry in it. Fold like a Envelope and seal the edges with a little water.
Heat a tava and put half teaspoon oil in it. Place 2 rolls at a time and make fry them until golden brown. You may use ghee instead of oil.
Serve the rolls with Mint Chutney or Tomato Sauce.
