Ingredients:-
2-3 cups Yogurt / Curd /Dahi
1 big onion chopped finely
2 Green Chilies chopped finely
Few Coriander leaves chopped finely
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar(optional)
Method:-
Wash & dry the Coriander. Chop finely.
Finely Chop onions and green chillies .
In a bowl beat the yogurt with the salt and sugar add little amount of water if required.
Add the onions ,chillies and chopped coriander.
Garnish with coriander or pudina.
Serve cold.
Its a superb side dish for any mixed rice or Pulav.
