Mixed Vegetable Salad



This is very easy and simple to make and healthy to eat .


Ingredients:-

1 cup  frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/2 Chopped Tomato
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
2tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Chaat masala to taste

Method:-

Cook the mixed vegetables on the stove or in the microwave until crisp-tender. Drain; place in a large bowl.
Add chopped onion,chopped tomatoes.
Sprinkle salt,Black pepper powder and chaat masala over it. Pour lemon juice.Mix well.
Serve Vegetable Salad as an accompaniment with any meal.
