Eggless Vanilla Cake

 
Ingredients:-

3/4 Cup - All purpose flour
3/4 Cup - Milk
1 tbsp - Flax Seed Meal
1/4 tsp - Cinnamon powder
3/4 cup - Sugar
1/4 tsp - Baking soda
1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
1/8 tsp - Salt
1 tbsp - Oil
2 tsps - Vanilla Extract
1/8 cup - Walnuts


Method:-

First mix the 1 tbsp flax seeds meal well with 3 tbsp water.

Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.Grease or line with parchment paper a 6 x 1.5 inch heart shaped cake pan .
Mix the flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder,cinnamon powder and chopped walnuts.

In a larger bowl, mix the oil, sugar, flax seed-water mixture, milk, and vanilla extract.

Mix in the wet and dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour the batter into a greased 6 x 1.5 inch cake pan and bake  in a oven at 350 degrees for around 45 minutes or until its done.Keep checking after 45 minutes by pricking a toothpick in the center.. it should come out completely dry and clean..

Let the pan sit on the rack for 10 minutes and let the cake cool down completely before frosting.


 Icing Ingredients :-

3 tablespoons butter

4 cups confectioner’s sugar

2 tablespoons heavy cream

½ teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons vanilla

 Icing Method  :-

Take butter and blend it with the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla.

Do this until you have a thickened mixture.

Then take your cream and begin to blend it together.

When that is done,add salt and blend well.

Frost your cake with  Icing.

Decorate with sprinkles ,M & M 's etc.
