Avocado is rich in magnesium that reduces risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar.Meat proteins, fat oil, vitamins and minerals from vegetables, they all are found in a single fruit avocado.
Ingredients:-
1 medium avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 tsp stevia / Splenda (or 1 tbsp honey)
1 cup water
1/2 cup blueberries, frozen
6 ice cubes
Method:-
Open avocado and remove pit and shell and scoop out the flesh into a blender.Add in stevia, water, blueberries, and blend for 1 minute until everything is smooth. Serve immediately.
